I've updated Avril's spell list, and used some of the gold from the loot division to purchase a Wand of Endure Elements (25 charges). If there's anything else deserty or druidy that people think would help in the Thornwaste, let me know.

Why twelve steps? There are only 9 different weapons sizes in 3.5e (small to collosal), so I'm not sure what you're after. And it's unlikely you'll have a small weapon that can start doing damage at 2d4 or 1d10, as most of those start as Medium weapons. Anywho, the progressions would be this...
