    Previews: Dying Skyseer battlemaps

While preparing for a session, I realised the Cauldron Hill map hasn't been posted in hi-res. Cut-and-pasting the map from page 87 (the 89th page of the PDF), the proper ratio is 3380 x 2320. PS. Someone xp OnlineDM for me for mentioning Zeitgeist on the Dice Monkey tome podcast.

Has a high-res version of the Flint city map been posted anywhere?

I'll take that as a no. How about a hi-res version of the Cauldron Hill battlemap then? It wasn't posted as part of Morrus' battlemap preview.

Has a high-res version of the Flint city map been posted anywhere?

I'd like to use it as a virtual pinboard to keep track of where the PCs go and where everyone/thing is in Dying Skyseer.

A few pages from the Player's Guide

Love the artwork! And that star map is mind-boggling.

    Our final session tonight...

Come on Morrus, don't keep us in suspense!

Gears of Revolution: Notes on my campaign

Session 7 Session Summary: As the battle for the harbour continued, RT3 held their position in the lighthouse. Eventually, a longboat containing Captain Smith and a squad of Risuri marines came ashore. Captain Smith handed the investigators cigars, and enquired as to their activities. Erik...

ZEITGEIST [ZEITGEIST] The Continuing Adventures of Korrigan & Co.

Thank you, but a canvas-maker has no right to claim credit for a painting, especially since I borrowed the canvas from DM Samuel. Inspired by this idea, I proposed bennies to my players, and the overwhelming response I received was that they were concerned I would use my bennies against...

Gears of Revolution: Notes on my campaign

I find myself a little offended by the (perhaps unintended) tone of your post, both as it relates to me and as it relates to my players. I have one player who has provided his contacts. Another who has recently provided his two (who are unfortunately exceedingly similar), and nothing from the...

Gears of Revolution: Notes on my campaign

Ain't that the truth! I'm 1 from 5 in that regard at the moment, and we might only be a fortnight away from starting. Guess I better go send another email!

Gears of Revolution: Notes on my campaign

Session 6b: Tok's Reconnaissance At the end of session 6, there was some heated debate between Tok's player and Erik's player about whether the PCs should press on in search of Nathan. Erik's player maintained that their mission was to keep the lighthouse until the fort was secured. Tok's...

Gears of Revolution: Notes on my campaign

You are right, and it's something we soon realised; that things like Power Strike are technically encounter powers. If anything, my only real criticism of the lighthouse defence encounter would be the simultaneous action resolution and the strict rules laid down for the attackers...

ZEITGEIST [ZEITGEIST] The Continuing Adventures of Korrigan & Co.

It's amazing to see what a creative DM and willing players can create. I'm jealous. Magnificent stuff.

Redbadge's Campaign (there will be spoilers)

That's all pretty awesome actually. Nothing to be embarrassed about there, Redbadge. Interesting to we that you're as stunned by thief damage as I am.

Gears of Revolution: Notes on my campaign

Session 6 (cont). The Good The rebel and investigator and rebel soldier both significantly outperformed their deceased wizard compatriot. The investigator landed a few good hits on Tok and the soldier landed a very good one indeed (11 points) on Thornt. Of course, he then got almost-one...

Gloom/Witch Oil and the Planes (spoilers)

Having finished my readthrough of Dying Skyseer, I'm not quite clear on the nature of the planes in Zeitgeist. Specifically, there's a lot of mention in the adventure of people being half in the Bleak Gate. That's different to what IMO is "normal" planar travel in D&D, where you're on the...

    Previews: Dying Skyseer battlemaps

    Thanks! For those interested, I've now managed to get all of them to fit a Maptool 50px grid with the following dimensions: Bayou Wharf: 1443 x 2108 McBannin's Manor: 2115 x 1448 Two Fronts: 2005 x 2929 Cloudwood Switchback: 1729 x 1182 Factory District: 2531 x 1733 Dawn Square: 2106 x 1442...

Gears of Revolution: Notes on my campaign

Session 6: Invasion Session Summary: In the lighthouse, the rebel wizard’s trained fey drake disappeared from view, only to reappear and drive poisoned fangs into Wilheim’s shoulder. Sorely wounded, and with toxin coursing through his veins, the monk leapt back out the window and landed...

    Previews: Dying Skyseer battlemaps

@OnlineDM , @Marius Delphus, Has anyone taken a look at the conversion ratios for these images to get them to fit a 50x50 maptool grid? MacBannin's Manor works well at 2115x1448 but I'm having trouble getting Two Fronts to fit.

    Butterflies

Agreed. I'm only up to the Wareye encounter so far but the summary at the start of the adventure and the events at the consulate, the Thinking Man tavern and the gnome shops kept me smiling in anticipation all through lunch. I'm actually feeling some trepidation about adventure 3 because I know...

The Dying Skyseer - release date?

Downloaded. Will read through it tomorrow after I print it off. Just one initial comment: Honey badgers?! ;)
