So question about Stealth, if he is onstage giving a speech, even telepathically, how stealthy can he realistically be? I suppose he could be telepathically giving his speech from his closet, but that seems silly.

So if this was the case it would be unlikely he would have Wall of Force or similar spell protecting him from physical damage, he is simply invisible and/or stealthed?

I don't think I or any DM I have played under, have specifically banned any of these things from a game, having said that, very few of them have ever come up. Murder, slavery, bigotry and thievery are about the only ones, but murder and thievery are the only ones to come up in the last 20 years...

Inside your closed sandbox yes, but in a real campaign world with real characters and a neutral DM, he would be just another boss monster to be killed and stripped of his valuables.
