It's not illegal to take inventory that's not yours? I guess I'm in the wrong business. And the courts on rare occasion do lift the corporate veil, so it's not perfect protection.

What's really disgusting is that even if the publishers are able to get their inventory back, the Diamond Execs can and will hide behind the corporate veil, when they should be held personally accountable for such a slimy move.

My suggestion would be to let her learn from her mistakes, but changing rules mid game is definitely something that you should address before all of the players get fed up and leave.
