    Bodies = Difficult Terrain?

    Um....Um... It was a level one non-solo gargantuan dragon! There's 4 more that you have to fight! :uhoh:

    Bodies = Difficult Terrain?

    There is no RAW for it, but have fun with house rules. This is actually a pretty popular house rule from what I've seen. RAW: That gargantuan dragon you just slaughtered is not considered difficult terrain nor cover. Fun House Rules: That gargantuan dragon you just slaughtered requires a DC...

    New errata for core books, dated 7/2/2008

    I'm starting to wonder if anyone seriously tried that during a game. If it happened in mine, we'd laugh for a second, then bring out the shillelaghs.

    Wizards Technical Support?

    That's true for really ambiguous questions, but they do simpler questions fairly well.

    Holy Symbols: are they God-specific? Can they be altered?

    My cleric worships pretty much all the non-evil gods, so I don't really have a problem with this stuff, unless they loot some off enemy clerics.

    Feywild - any details?

    It might seem backwards, but they are the single best source of fluff for 4e out so far. I'd at least suggest a thumb-through if you see one.

    Skill retraining requirements

    It's actually more likely that all four examples are wrong. They change the rule and forget to change all the examples... or something like that.

    Falling into water?

    There isn't one. I'd just go with the 3.5 one if you want to do it.

    Magic Mouth - conditions?

    You're absoluetely right that it's up to the DM. I'd rule that any condition set will work, unless someone is purposefully denying that condition. Then, it only has a chance of working. For example, a devil of somekind uses a ritual to completely disguise itself as a human. If the magic...

    Forced Movement - AKA Autowinning KotS (spoilers)

    DMG 44. "Targets forced into hindering terrain receive a saving throw immediately before entering the unsafe square they are forced into." Hindering terrain is later explained as "prevents movement (or severely punishes it) or damages creatures that enter it, but allows line of sight."

    Armor Class vs other defenses

    That 500 pound blob is unlikely to exist in a D&D-like world, much less be considered an adventurer. :p

    Forced Movement - AKA Autowinning KotS (spoilers)

    It's debatable whether a portal counts as hindering terrain so the monster gets a Saving Throw. I'd say it's up to each DM whether or not to allow the saving throw. I'd look at the characters' available powers. If they have anymore forced movement, I'd allow saving throws. If they only have...

    Feywild - any details?

    IIRC, there's a lot of info about the Feywild in Worlds and Monsters.

    Dual Wielding Implements

    As long as you have enough actions and 2 magic item activations left, yes. You only need one hand to wield a staff. The problem is that you can't wield a staff as a quarterstaff without using both hands. So as long as you have 2 magic item activations left, you can use both of them as each...

    Anyone have any Level 1 adventures they would like to share

    Not to mention Rescue at Rivenroar.

    Trap finding...

    Yeah, I've changed the "skill challenge disarms" to just having to beat the DC twice. Otherwise, the rogues just sits there... doing nothing... *yawn*

    two weapon fighting without off hand?

    Yes. The real question is ... does TWF still apply? Are you considered to be holding your hand?...

    Light Radius

    I think the basic assumption is that if you have LoS, you can see the light. This doesn't make sense in RL-terms, but it works for the game for the most part. And really, if the DM wants an encounter to find the group, it's gonna find the group unless the DM is playing extremely fair.
