I'll add them eventually when more new things will be out. It's not that crucial at the moment and you can always write it yourself. You're not limited to those choices in dropdown but skills won't be automaticaly selected based on background and you must choose them manualy.

Thanks for reporting. It's a typo. These values are not autocalculated, they are just suggested because many characters will have those speed values. So you can just delete that and write what you want. Please let me know if you find another bug/typo :)
