NC Game Day XI: September 23! (Player Registration Now Open)

I'd like to take a look at your conversion. Any chance you could either bring a copy to the gameday, or you could email it to me?

Dungeon Magazine-Subscriber Only Section issue #s?

Does anyone know which issues of Dungeon Magazine had the short lived "Subscriber Only" section? I know that 99, 101, and 103 had it, but which other issues also had it? I'm trying to fill out my collection of Dungeon, but only want to seach for the issues that I need to get the subscriber...

NC Game Day XI: September 23! (Player Registration Now Open)

I'd suggest any number of the low level Goodman Games dungeon crawl classics, but you'll need to cut out a few encounters to make them fit the time slots for the games. maybe the 0 level adventure they put out a while ago, it has pregen characters, has a smaller number than usual encounters, and...

    DC/VA/MD ENW Gameday [Cleveland Park, October 27 @ 9:30]

And just for the other side of the coin, Baltimore is 3+ hours from me, so as centrally located around DC it can be, the better. I'll still have to drive 2 hours to get to DC. Further than that and I can't drive up and back in one day, and end up needing to spend $ on a hotel.

:( As for the Friday night gathering, Either is fine with me, although I do enjoy the casualness of having it at your place. But I don't want to force you to host every time, either.

    Hey! It's 5pm! Why can't I sign up yet?

    TerpCon Fall 2006

Fair enough. I'm not specifically blaming you. I'm just saying that there was a problem, and compounded with other things I have seen and experienced, it made my experience at Terpcon poorer than I expected. Suit yourself. It seems to work quite well for other gamedays I have attended, without...

Count me in for some door prizes, and $ towards space rental.

    TerpCon Fall 2006

Get my facts straight? I didn't sign up because it was an ENWorlder running the game, I signed up because the game sounded fun. Then I was asked (along with 2 others) to remove myself from the game ( http://www.enworld.org/showpost.php?p=2591758&postcount=181 ). I don't care who was running the...

    TerpCon Fall 2006

Just to set the record straight, I removed myself from the game list after being requested to do so by the GM, and signed up for another game during the same slot.

    [September] What are you reading?

Good book! I loved that series when I first read it!

    [September] What are you reading?

Is the 1971 edition the one that was severly edited, or was that a different edition?

    TerpCon Fall 2006

I don't know, I got an email from the guy whose game I signed up for, and he said that the game was only for the people he invited and could I please remove myself so the right person could sign up? That was close to the last straw, but the final nail for me was when I brought 20+ books for the...

    [September] What are you reading?

Currently reading Lost Souls by Poppy Brite. I've had it on the shelf for close to 10 years, and I can't believe I waited this long to read it. I'm really enjoying it. Also rereading all of Fritz Leiber's Lankhmar tales, in order this time.

    TerpCon Fall 2006

I doubt if I'll be making the drive up. The last couple UMD gamedays were less than stellar, IMHO. I felt very much pushed to the side, since I was not of the local core gamers. I'm very disappointed in the direction the gamedays have taken over the past couple years, from being a very open and...
