I absolutely suck at remembering the rules (of course, that's a self-inflicted wound. I'm nearly 50 and partied WAY too much in my younger days). I've been DM'ing 3.x since it came out, and still can't correctly handle surprise or grappling. :confused: But my players never miss a session!

As he begins to feel better, Nick looks back at Zithran in gratitude. "Very impressive," he remarks. "Remind me to stand near you the next time we go into battle."

Nick materializes near his horse, then sinks to his knees in pain. He continues to try to stop the bleeding, putting pressure on the wound and looking about him in anguish.

Still in obvious pain, Nick gesticulated sharply and casts Improved Invisibility on himself, quickly winking from view.
