Delta Green is a modern day setting, there should be some scenarios in the book. (I have it, but have not actually read through it.) The Stars Are Right is a book of modern day senarios and I think most of the 'Secrets of...' books are modern as well.

Necro much? Nobody is taking the mantle from WoW. DDO could have, but the biggest innovation they had turned against them. The combat in DDO is the best, most fun I have had in an MMO, but it required them to leave the 'turn' based system behind which required many many changes from the D&D...

"Opprotunity Attacks" There was absolutley no reason to change from the familiar Attack of Opprotunity. (I have my own oppinions as to why the change was actually made, but game-wise there is no good reason.)

Not really meant to be a 'price guide' (by their own admission), though looking at it does give at least a good ballpark figure. 4E was designed to be an 'expansion' game. Sure, people will argue that 3.5 was too, but it's not the same. It isn't all that unusual to find 3.5 games limited to the 'core 3' books. I don't see that happening with 4E. IMO they have managed to design this version in such a way that will 'compel'...

This is a correct statment. Sorry, but if you can't show why you get some bonus, you don't. It's that simple. Of course if it is somehow legit, I'd quickly nix that as well.
