Headband of Intellect - Extra Spells for wizards

So then if they cast fox's cunning right before they prepared their spells wizards could have extra slots for the duration of the spell. So a 12th level wizard with a 18 intelligence could cast the spell 4 times to raise their int to 30 (4d4+4 total would average out to about 12) They would go...

Headband of Intellect - Extra Spells for wizards

Title says it all. Do wizards get extra spells for wearing a headband of intellect? I've been poking around for a rule and I can't find anything one way or another. Barring anything else, I am going to rule that if you wore it while you slept you'll get the extra spells but loose spells if...

    Skills: Aid Another

I think you should be able to Aid another for certain types of perfom. With Perform (Comedy) a "straight man" should be able to aid the "funny guy" Or alternately I could see giving a +2 synergy bonus to the "funny guy" if the "straight man" had 5 ranks in perform (comedy) and vice versa...

What would YOU do with a +65 Bluff?

Thanks man but I wasn't offended. I was actually sad for him because he obviously hasn't seen one of the funniest movies ever. Everybody should see office space. It is hella funny.

What would YOU do with a +65 Bluff?

Two chicks at once. I bet with a +65 to bluff, you could hook that up.

What would get you to use psionics?

If somebody relased a kickass dyrni suppliment I might actually be tempted to play with psionics, just cause I dug the books. Otherwise, never as I don't think the rules fit in well with most d&d settings

Craft Pixie Arrows - any rules?

All savage species and the MM have to say on the subject is that Pixies may craft sleep and memory loss arrows. It says nothing about how much they cost to make, how long they take to make and what if any special materials are required. One of my players just got to be a high enough level...

Help - 21st annual player survey

Found it on usenet, it was the annual 21 question survey 1. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being best), how much fun are you having in general? ___ 2. When you just thought "the game is fun except for 'this'", what was he "this" that sprung to mind? 3. Using a total of ten points, please give me...

Help - 21st annual player survey

I thought I saw here a few weeks ago that somebody posted a player survey they send to their players. It was the "21st annual player survey or something" Does anybody have a link to the thread or just the contents of the survey. It would be greatly appreciated...

I killed the Iconics. Twice in one night.

Can anyone explain when Rane falls at the foot of a tree and heals himself by drawing from the tree, what spell or ability that was?

Help a guy out - Magic to find stolen objects

Thanks guys. The necklace is worth almost 10,000gp so spending 1,200gp to have discern location isn't really a big deal. Besides the person in question isn't really happy that he's been robbed so the money isn't an issue....

Help a guy out - Magic to find stolen objects

The players in my game have recently come across a stolen necklace it was stolen from it's rightful owner and the players were already planning on taking it so they stole it from the theives. Now this necklace is worth enough to the owner in value and pride that he'll spare no expense to ensure...

    FLGS north of boston?

Re: Bam! Rock on! The Hobbybunker looks pretty well equipped and it's like a 10 minute, non-highway, very casual, drive from here. Exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks. Have to check out Red Lion the next time I take the wife to Salem Willows.

    FLGS north of boston?

Malden? Cool. That's the next town over... I used to go to YMG twice a week to play magic. Then I decided that Crack was less addicting than magic so I quit :) I'll have to check them out soon. What part of Malden Center? Is it that road behind the government building?

    FLGS north of boston?

See, what I'm looking for is an alternative to having to deal with the aggrivation associated with the T and Harvard Square parking, when I need to get something quick. When I have time, I'll still drive to the square and go to pandemonium because I'm a member there and I can go to about 15...

    FLGS north of boston?

Taking the T to harvard square requires my driving to Alewife (which is practically the whole way there from here) paying 4.50 to park, and a dollar each way on the T for a total of 6:50 plus gas. If I go with my wife that total jumps to 8.50 That's half a gaming suppliment. I'd rather...

    FLGS north of boston?

Re: Re: FLGS north of boston? Nah, only thing worse than finding a parking space is taking the T. Besides, I need something I can go to quickly. When I have plenty of time, then I'll try to park in the square.

    FLGS north of boston?

Ok, I love pandemonium but I hate parking in Harvard Square. I'm up in stoneham and I'd rather drive somewhere north of the city, preferably with a parking lot. Anybody????
