Well, it's not HTML, but http://power2ool.com does give you formatted blocks as images if you first fill them in the workspace and then hit print. The print page has the images. It's not ideal if you want to do a lot of tweaking often, but it does get the formatting and is easy to use.

The way I'm going to run it if it ever comes up is that the player won't even know if he's going to die. He'll make his death saves normally, and three failures means he's totally out cold, to be revived by the bad guys at their leisure.

Nice flavor on it, gotta say. Though there's this little nitpicky thing about it... the daily should have a Requirement line, not a Prerequisite line. The former is for requirements of use, the latter for prerequisites for learning a power in the first place.

Wouldn't "The next time the ally would make an attack roll for that power, he uses the marked result as his first attack roll instead of rolling a die" work for the second sentence?
