    My thoughts exactly. Currently players who are looking to play one of these are likely to swap from Dwarf to Wilden. Having 0 racial feats makes it a really bad idea for any character who has dwarven feats.

    Only named bonuses do not stack. TWF is unnamed, so it stacks with anything. Weapon Focus is a feat bonus, so will not stack with any other feat bonuses. Brutal Accuracry is not a bonus, it's additional damage (like sneak attack or a ranger's quarry). It will stack with anything.

    Reskin the Daggermaster as a "Rider on the Arcane Razor" or soemsuch and you're set. The powers you get will still suck for your class, but the abilities will work fine.

    Just the normal damage. There are monsters which do more damage to characters who are out of surges, and they say so in their description.

    NADs are attacked less than AC by quite a bit. Defenders are attacked less than other PCs fairly frequently. If you're not a defender, you're not getting attacked as often. when you are attacked, the odds are decent it's against AC. I might be tempted to take the +4 to Will for many characters...

    Assuming I ever get to play at that level instead of GM, I won't have. almost certainly the +2 to all 3 feat, and one iteration of the +4 to bump my weakest defense. But I prefer feats that are fun (i.e. let me do stuff) rather than feats that sit there doing nothing.

    Doesn't matter whether it's 0 or -1, the effect is the same: the enemy doesn't move.

    If you pick a power that uses a stat you have a 0 or negative modifer in, the problem isn't the system, it's the choice. It's like complaining that multiclassing fighter doesn't work when your wizard has an 8 Strength. Just don't do it, or at least expect what you get.

    I was running the epic adventure from Dungeon and had planned on replacing the dracolich in it with another controller dragon from draconomicon. While I haven't seen one in play, I've seen other stunners and agree that they're unfun.
