Like some of the previous posters stated, No where does it say you regain an expended (CD) power. I believe it more to the point, why would you think it does restore an expended power?

Since you ignored the OP question & whole point, and admit to hating WOTC, why on earth are you wasting your time on 5e or any D&D threads? It would be pointless to ignore 5e if it lives up to its stated design goals. I will certainly buy the core books then play it for a while.

I don't think this is true. I believe it will be as easy as, pick your race & class; pick a background, which gives you some skills, pick a theme which gives you some feats, and traits will be explained in Two weeks, hopefully. Sound like a no-brainer to me.

I'm not interested in totally doing away with bonuses. I would rather see a limit, max bonus of X, with X being whatever seems reasonable. Having a limit would have most gamers stop choosing bonus when they hit the limit X, rather than hunting every feat published that can gain them another +1.

No, you can "choose" to play 5e either way. You "choose" not to buy 5e, which is your right. Absolutely nothing is forcing to only to purchase PDFs.

Since MMORPGs decided that party interactions were based on early D&D, then it comes full circle. Being a cleric means you were the healer/leader, the tank being the defender, even if no one used those terms, those roles still existed.
