    Penumbra Bestiary Preview Monster

I'll buy this book the day it comes out. Atlas pays 4 cents a word because they know that you get what you pay for. I'll buy this book for $45 because I know that they know that. Dishing out the freelance fees that they did for the Penumbral Bestiary says to me that they didn't accept...

    MEG newest product delivered--Aiden Herring

Hal Herring is a great name. It's like Peter Parker or Clark Kent - A super hero name. Or Lex Luthor - I suppose Hal Herring could be a super villain's name also. Doug probably just didn't want to take the chance and went with Aiden. It's probably for the best. Congratulations Doug and Keri...

Marcio - I feel for you pal. All I can say is it will definitely be worth the wait. Your work turned out great. Quick question - Are you a Hellboy fan? The asharin remind me a bit of Abe Sapien. Cheers - Ed

[?] Raw Recruits is it at stores yet?????

How quickly we derail our own threads with jokes that aren't funny to anyone but us (and just barely at that). :) What I want to see is some reviews of Raw Recruits. Were review copies sent our early.

Necromancer Games Book of Taverns Preview

The cover may be a bit misleading on this one (although it looks great). Most of the Taverns have a heavy RolePlaying angle as opposed to RollPlaying. The writing in this book is top notch and, if I may say so, so are the maps :) Chris - Fantastic work on this. I couldn't believe how much I...

Question for exhibitors at GenCon or Origins

Next year GenCon will be in Indianapolis, which is just about as far from Cincinnati as Columbus (I grew up in Tipp City, OH. Right in the middle of those three cities). As far a recovering your expenses, I would go with GenCon. You will sell much more there. Cheers - Ed

Does anybody have Spells and Spellcraft ?

The Bastion Press book is Spells & Magic. Fantasy Flight published Spells & Spellcraft. I don't have Spells & Magic yet, but I think Spells & Spellcraft has a lot of good stuff in it. The small god section is great and the familiar section is useful. If you are looking for a lot of new...

[Eden] Liber Bestarius off to the printer

The Player's Handbook page 93 has charts on the effects of aging for all of the PC races. This is something I have long wished WotC would expand on to cover all of the Monster Manual creatures. Cheers - Ed

Any good game stores in Reno, NV?

I am relocating from Seattle to Reno next week and need a good game store to get my fix. I lived there about 5 years ago, but was in a pause in my gaming career so I never looked for a store. I suppose I will need a new gaming group as well, I'll have to keep my eyes open at Reno Con. Cheers - Ed

(PR MEG) Pre-Release review of Urban Blight

The draft I read had Encounter Levels between 3 & 17 spread over almost 20 locales. One of them has an EL that is variable in a very unique way. Some of the ELs may have been altered since it wasn't a final draft that I read. Cheers - Ed

    (MEG PR) DS adventure-Raw Recruits

Doug - That cover is sweet. For everyone else - I just had a pleasure of reading the first 16 pages of the draft and hot-damn!! this is gonna be some good stuff. This is gonna be a great summer for fans of Dragonstar with the Guide to the Galaxy and Raw Recruits coming out, we will all have...

(PR MEG) Pre-Release review of Urban Blight

Doug - Short answer - No. Long Answer - No, a lot of the maps I did for you required new icons that I did not build in color or at a large scale. The cost involved in producing magnetic tiles as we currently do would be prohibitive as well. That said, the little project I am putting...

(PR MEG) Pre-Release review of Urban Blight

I think Ed's maps are great, but I may be biased. Working on this project was a blast and it challenged my skills big-time. I am looking forward to getting this puppy in my hands and, hopefully, working on more books in this series. Cheers - Ed

http://www.saboldesigns.net/website/armytransportx.html I saw these at the GAMA Trade Show in Vegas and plan to pick one up. With 8 fully customizable trays, it is a bargain at $60.00. That's what I think. Ed

    Scrollworks Readers - Please Read

This is very sad. I have been a subscriber since issue #12 and have enjoyed being a reader and a contributor. My issues sit proudly on the same shelf as my core rulebooks. Scrollworks will be missed.
