I may not be switching to D&D 3.5 (Crossposted)

Rant On... Eric is right - WotC needs support 3.5E with at least a new CharGen in the book, if not a revised version of e-Tools (e-Fools IMHO now). I do not want to have either myself or my players limited by the software we have now, when creating 3.5E characters, monsters, npcs, or whatever...

    The Missing Dragons

Krishnath, We can agree to disagree on backgrounds? :D Me personally...I am just looking for 1E/2E conversions to 3E and not a new species? Let's hammer out updating what is at hand then workout any differing preferences for backgraounds? What you think?

    The Missing Dragons

The intent of the article is to portray all of the chromatic dragons as magical crossbreeds from the primary colors and Black and White (I imagine a Grey dragon could factor out of this formula - with a combined acid/cold breath weapon). Some more of this type of hybrid stuff is covered in the...

Advice Needed -- D20 or OGL

Phil, I would recommend looking at Fading Suns D20 if you want to see how a decent D20 treatment of a Space Opera type game. If you plan on covering any type of character creation rules, then OGL is the way to go. Later!

    The Missing Dragons

Purple dragons as they are portrayed in the article (and frankly the premise of the article) should be cross-breeds. How should this work...been giving this a lot of thought. It should be both Fire and Electricity, but that would weaken its breath weapon. What about either Fire or Electrity...

    DungeonWorks

Looks to me like Denny was simply providing an example by using the Epson printer? Enjoy your Lexmark, your HP, and your DwarvenForge...just lighten up. Regdar - do you keep your Dwarven Forge stuff at home or do you haul it around. Just seems to me that while the DungeonWorks stuff may...

    [RttToEE]Does anyone ever wonder...

Great stuff guys! Wish there was a "How To" section around here for just these sort of issues with printed modules for DM's to consult. The reviews discuss high and low points, but not enough of them address specifics of how to make them playable/enjoyable. Later!

RedBlade - Any word on it?

How about this approach... Any way we can help make it d20/OGL compliant? Theoremtank - don't you wish Fluid/WotC would take a closer look at this CharGen? (As in why couldn't e-Tools be this intuitive) Later!
