I agree with Caliban. There is worlds of difference between 1/10th your Speed and Speed = 1. Also, Solid Fog blocks the casters sight don't it? Zone of Speed allows the catser to cast without this problem.

It has replaced the "standard" PHB Bard in my game, and I actually have players interested in Bards now. Several NPC Bards have wowed my games, and as a DM they just work so much better. They are original and all around more interesting. I can't say enough about it!

Yes natural Flight would be effected, but the Fly spell and items that simulate it would NOT. The spell does not "beef up" other spells unless it says it does. It don't.
