The stated point of 3.5 was to provide rules changes and revisions where neccessary. How in any way is it neccessary to change the critical threat tables? I definitely do not like this change, and in fact was the final straw for me on 3.5E.

Batman would be an epic character, and I would place him far above 20th level. He is on equal standing with beings that have godlike power, without any special talents of his own. The level of skill he possesses must be penultimate in order for him to achieve what he does.

Unfortunately I cannot find the other story hour. It is very old, so I suppose it has dissapeared from the boards. It was another parties travels through the adventure path module, and unlike the previous party, Wulf Ratbanes party was successful. Albeit with death after death. :D

One Fly spell, plus Protection From Arrows, and a 10th level Wizard could wipe out all four hundred of the Kobolds by himself with little to no chance of being hurt, let alone killed.
