I don't know about the official height but at least high enough to take enough time for your encounter before the crash ;) Isn't one of the docks in Sharn at the top of one the tallest buildings? In my own games we have three heights: Tree skimming, under cloud and over cloud.

Well I am not going to boycott them either. The products they do make I usually want and use. But decisions like this just push me to get some things I want from places other than Wizards.

I use an extra large set of Red dice with White numerals except for the d6. My d6s have to have pips. I have thousands of dice but mainly use ones that are clear and easy to read. I have a black d20 the size of a baseball but it is for very special rolls. ;)

I have used them a couple of times. Sometimes straight from the book sometimes just to get ideas.

Same for me though hide is the least rolled of the most rolled ones.
