I figure by the time my group makes it to second level we will have the books to level with. If not, I'll substitute some other classes powers for the time being.

These character sheets look great! And I'm planning on offering the new Pregens as options to my players. Thanks very much for putting these together. I've gone over them and I have a few very minor suggestions. I can't say 100% if these corrections are needed, since I don't have the books...

Just curious, are you still using PrRC with KotS?

There will be a couple more updates, but the PrRC is getting less useful as the final rules are revealed - KotS supersedes PrRC now. Do people playing KotS still reference PrRC? Who knows.

Still unconfirmed as far as I know, but the evidence is mounting for +2 Cha, +2 Con. (On a personal note, IMC it will be +2 Cha, +2 Any regardless).

Thats interesting, I've not seen that one either....on a KotS character sheet you say?? Are there alternate character sheets someplace? Or was adventure the revamped D&DXP adventures that are being demoed on Game Day? Anyone else see character sheets with this power someplace?

This was adjusted in PrRC v2.5 (May 15).

PrRC's Longsword as a +3 weapon is 'because' of this KotS dragonborn, so unfortunately it is a somewhat circular argument. It was suggested to me in the PrRC thread that all defenders have +1 attack, but that makes some weapons, like the javelin, a +1 weapon, which seems low to me. The...

Yes, a Ranger gets Nature or Dungeoneering +4 others. I've added History as an automatic trained skill for Eladrin for now, to keep the D&DXP Ranger at 6 skills. Too bad KotS doesn't include an Eladrin, it would be nice to get another data point for them.

Indeed, I don't like it either and wouldn't put money on it, but since KotS is newer than DDXP, I changed it. Look for the PrRC update next week to undo this change when the corrected pregens are released, until then house-rule as you see fit.

I haven't seen anything either. I'd think given the increased emphasis on teamwork and interpersonal synergy (gah, I sound like a corporate speaker) that holding actions and readying actions would be important. You might not want to use your daily unless you've got all the help you can get...

Yes, the Pre-release Rules Compilation will cease to be Pre-release as of June 6. It will not be available after the core books are released, as there would be no way to update it to be accurate just using promotional material. I'll have to find a new project to keep me occupied...maybe...
