I'm guessing they're part of the new set. Each set has had two mega-tiles - in the first set it was an inn and another building, in the second it was two levels of a tower. For a set about tombs, it would make sense to have a graveyard area with a tomb in it.

The Gamemastery ones seem to be big blocks of area already mapped - I think these would be more useful for a custom module where you can set the map to be the same as the map tiles you own, whereas the dungeon tiles have the advantage of being reconfigurable for whatever style of map you have...
