I've moved the 'select individual spells' option to the top of the page, and it is now on by default. For now I'm opting to not have all the spells selected by default... because I'm not sure that would be useful for the majority of classes that have limited spell lists.

I have to agree with this post, I actually have quite a few of them because they are so handy and exceptionally portable. I would recommend starting with the standard blank one, it is double sided, easy to use and clean up, and you can fold it up and stick it in your backpack easily...
