    Well, that was one of the worst thought out posts I have ever seen. Dispel has a bonus with a cap that becomes largely ineffective around character level 12 or 13. I'm sure my 4 year old could come up with a better example. -Fletch!

    Duration is one factor of many. The primary issue here is the actual effect/result that you get for the duration.
