Can someone recommend me a piece of software to inventory a comic collection? I used to have one for DOS years ago, and could get d/l's to keep the market value up to date. Thanks.

How do you do that?

I'm not aware of any that do that. There are several text editors (TextPad and UltraEdit IIRC, among others) that have a highlighting scheme created for them. I use Notepad, but that's just me.

Well, CMP has nothing to do with PCGen development. They make datasets to work with PCGen. Granted, the lapse of the WotC license has caused no small amount of consternation among our user base because they didn't have the time/inclination/etc to create their own datasets. That's true. But...

I don't have PCGen with me right now, but, from memory, its File->New NPC. Its definitely under the File menu.

PCGen, but I'm biased. :D A random NPC generator has also been added recently.

eTools is no longer available for sale. CMP's license expired on 12/1/06, and WotC chose not to renew it. CMP did have both Modern and 3.5 datasets, as well as 3.0, available.

I try :D Dawn Forge and Age of Legend are already bundled.

PCGen comes with many datasets with the distribution. No need to search form them.

And our web monkeys have said that, starting with the next release, they'll have links to the release notes...the News section won't allow a full listing.

It uses java so its can be used across operating systems. I have 5.11.8 on my 512MB thumb drive with no problem Well, you don't need to be online to run the program. But as I said, java was chosen for cross-OS abilities.

Up and down actually. Their PostNuke is acting up yesterday as well. They got one problem fixed, but apparently something else broke.
