Its a Mecha, same cost as a side kick: It overrides Felic's stats with its own while in use; So while Felix's dodge is 20, Ramshackle's is only ever 12, the bot is simply too big and heavy to just dodge everything. (and if it was the other way around, the Dodge would be 20 in the bot and 12 out...
