I'd say it stacks. It almost has too, because the Starlocks To-Hit bonus Boon certainly does stack.

You can't actually do that, since it's a Interrupt, and you can't use those on your own turn. The new errata makes this even more clearly by removing the line about it being a free action.

Sadly, it's all 3. That's how my Drow Sorcerer died. Ongoing Poison dropped him to negative bloodied. Of course, I would have died anyway, since I failed my 3rd death save that round too. (Seriously, I failed 6 saves. 3 death, 3 poison). That was a bad night for our PCs, we had terrible rolls.

Look at the picture again. Look at the part right above the 'Sigil' label, between The Clerk's Ward and The Hive. It clearly shows how the city wraps around the inside of the tube. I seriously don't understand how someone can look at this picture and see a ringworld. It's clearly a torus.
