    i think this might be debateable... First question to rise: does artificial intellegence increase your number of skills points... -> probably not... if you were wearing the headband for a while (not just the 2 min u were taking lvl up) i would allow you to get the 2 extra skill point for that...

    this widely depend on our DM... im always hard.. and 1-2 encounters is survivable per day We have several times cleared out 1-2 dungeons without resting... and sometimes we couldn't even rest.. soo....

    If might follow the 8-hour-a-day rule though... Casting is over a period of 24 hours where you're only off to sleep(about 8-hours), and do something very non-stressful... Just like making a magic item So all in all you're using 8 hours over a 24 hour period...

    im not sure i would put things that way; say your caster lvl 4 casting lesser vigor.. you would calculate it like: (10 + 4*1)*2 in this case its essentially the same, but doubling effects might lead to confusing and miss metamgiced spell... Anyway, the Feat doesn't say anything about not...

    well... if you want something to collapse.... then just be sure there carrying part is thin and has a heavy thing above... then you don't need much to trigger your wanted effect of the ceiling collapsing :)

    the way i read it... your turn just get moved forward... so if someone is attacking you... you will always have a chance to hit them first...

    Do remember that NPC's active in battle also take a share of the xp... so the team mates might be quite annoyed on the player having 8 or 16 level 1 wizards with him...
