I like the idea and think you have done a good job of explaining your plans here. how you handle it can get tricky.....unless you prepare for some of the issues your players may have. Let us know what happens it sounds really interesting.

I do not really want to start an argument or get people mad.. Most of the people that I would consider great teachers do not think of their job as just a job. They feel it is a profession just like a doctor or lawyer. I have not heard the pity card played by any of my friends who are teachers...
