I'm sure you could get an artificer to combine all those things but probably only two would count as equipped at at time and a minor action to change what you have equipped. Also the components would get very expensive after awhile, or they would just have small magic bonuses.

Unless the melee attack did a lot more than the standard Eldrich blast I think I would go with out it.
