What do those two warlock powers do?

Most of the weapons that do less than the damage than the gloves do seem to weigh less than 5lb. For example the Dagger is only 1lb which should also be less than the 25%. By the way since I don't have the book is 25% like 10lbs or something for most characters?

Well if you like the minor action reload you could add it in as saying that as a minor action you can pry/dislodge one object weighing 25% of max weight. That would still give the prying up coblestones feel while not nerfing if they allready have the ammo.

Well I attempted putting it together on the wiki. LEB:PC:QuestionMark (hornedturtle) - ENWiki I just couldn't get the misty step to format nicely. I know it needs the fluffy stuff but any suggestions about stuff would be helpful.

How do the backgrounds work? I was thinking about making him an actor (imagine an acting troupe of changelings). Another thing I'm confused about is the proposed treasure/wealth for a new character. I'm tempted just to make my character lv1 just to avoid parcels.

I do feel a little out of my league when people are talking about sources and stuff. The only 4th edition sources I have are the three core rule books. Even with those books I don't feel like I have a strong grasp of the mechanics of it.
