To clarify, because the language seems a bit murky: Grey Elves have a -2 str, +2 dex, -2 con, +2 int. They do not have a -2 str, +4 dex, -4 con, +2 int. You don't stack; Grey Elf isn't a template, it's a race - you apply what's listed, exactly.
