To hell with turning them good, just work with that lawful tendency of theirs. Teach them to respect your authoritah! In all seriousness I would imagine that a creature with lawful tendencies would crave or at least appreciate structure. At the very least it sounds like a good place to start.

We encountered something reasonably similar in our WLD game a while back. Basically all it took was a few successful concentration checks by a spellcaster. Or were you looking for something a bit more dramatic?

I think it depends on how you look at it. It's great for characters with MAD I imagine, but the nearly brain-dead str/con based orc barbarian probably won't benefit hugely from it.
