I'm the complete opposite. I remember when Ryan Dancey basically dared companies to try and produce a PHB that was as well done as WotC's for the same price. No one came close. I think the pocket PHB was genius and earned Mongoose a lot of money, which was well deserved in my opinion. Hyrum.

Hey Clark, What are your thoughts on section 11.4? To me it looks like WotC can sue you for any reason, and whether or not they win, or the suit is dismissed, you still pay for their costs, which are solely determined by them. Is this a correct reading? Hyrum.

I'm sorry but I couldn't disagree with this more. I'm interested in playing a good RPG, not singing the praises of D&D. If I like it, I'll say so, if I don't, I won't. Just because I make money from the game and the industry doesn't mean I can't have an opinion. Hyrum.

I'm pretty sure that there will be a paid, limited license available for companies like Necro, Green Ronin, Fantasy Flight, and the others on the call. I don't think that 4e will be open for awhile, if ever. I would love to be wrong because I've got ideas for 4e products I'd like to sell, but...
