What good "cat people" races for D&D3.x are out there? Especially races without racial hit dice, and with a Level Adjustment of +0 or +1??? In which book (or better: website) can they be found?

yep, that's why I (and most of my players) prefer GURPS4e combat... ;)

the main problem here - or so it seems - is not getting older, but moving more and more away from a gamer-rich social environment. Non-gamers, however, have proven to be utterly without interest to me, so I'ver run that risk since I deliberately avoid close personal involvement with non-gamers...

ditto & ditto - and this comes from someone who *loves* to be the GM, *started* roleplaying as a GM (in 1991), and actually *is* the GM in 90% of all campaigns he's involved in, and has "game nights" on average twice per week...
