    The other characters don't get the Executioner's poisons for the same reason the Executioner doesn't get, for example, the mage's Sleep spell. The Poisons are basically the Executioner's daily powers (they even work a little like the Mage's spellbook does).

    The bear should probably get the hell out and seek easier prey. But if that isn't an option for whatever reason, yes, I would generally have it go after the striker. Either way, it isn't just going to blindly obey the mark.
