Actually the SRD is just the rules for the game minus and real campaign world information. And I would think you could use it to run a pretty generic game, though you would have to write some custom rules for races, etc. So i guess in a way this is not what you are looking for if looking for...

There really is no need to do this since Agimimnon's Mass combat really was listing what other Mass Combat rules were doing, such as the rules presented in The Quintessential Fighter book by Mongoose Publishing.

My Roomate has been playing with the idea of using the Generic classes in a new game.

Doesn't this exist already in the way of the SRD? And with the Modern SRD either out or out soon, you have what you need.

When I created my Cleric of Helm, I always had the intention of making him a War Priest since it seemd to fit with a follower of Helm.

What I would love to see more arenas, doesn't even have to be a official release but stuff from GM's that are using this book in their games. I have been planning to run a series of one shot games using this when we have nothing else to do.

You may want to pick up the Swashbuckling Adventures book, has a lot of what you may be looking for, since it tries to push the players into using a finesse weapon.
