Greetings, friends. So, my group and I have been playing Dragonbane for a few months now, and we really like it. It's an easy system; not too crunchy, not too narrative. It's fully supported on Roll20, which is necessary for us since we are geographically separate, and are all middle aged dudes...

I just rewatched the 2021 version in anticipation of seeing the new one on an iMax screen next week. I had a similar experience: the cinematography is ravishing, and the soundtrack is great, but...I miss the weird vibe of Lynch's 1984 version ("You must milk this cat"). It was fine. Close to meh.

I am just now starting to read through this campaign that came with the Dragonbane Boxed Set. Has anyone run this, and if so, what are your observations? We've played four sessions of Dragonbane so far, and it's gone well, but I've been homebrewing.
