Not Fitz, but my read is each casting improves your current and HP maximum by 5 (unless you upcast it). So I'd allow for the first effect to increase your current HP's if they are below the max for each casting, but the HP max part doesn't stack or isn't replaced (again, unless you upcast it).

Aid increases your hp maximum for an 8 hr period. So not temp hp, but your max hp’s increase by 5. That means after a short rest, you can max your hp out, plus add 5 more if you spend enough HD.

A reminder Team Fusion has Aid. FYI, Bjorn's wildshape lasts 2 hours. I'm guessing we're getting pretty close to that after this short rest (he changed right after our last short rest) - but hopefully enough time to get through the hydra encounter. He still has one more use after this one ends.

Yeah. Sigil was a bit of a head scratcher. I think most people prefer their VTT experience to leave room for the imagination versus it being a video game experience. Give me a good map with tokens and dynamic lighting any day over what Sigil was trying to do.
