    Spoilers Pluribus

One of the biggest things I see being talked about across social media after last episode is how the hive specifically say they won't harvest cells from Carol's body. When, in a previous episode Carol had mentioned that she'd had her eggs frozen.

    Spoilers Pluribus

No shade on Carol, but Kim Wexler would have beat the hive mind and saved humanity within the first week.

    Spoilers Pluribus

Here’s just some of the things I found interesting about the scene: The scene opened to a long take that weaves through a party of beautiful people, all dressed up and acting independently. To me this is already interesting as it’s in stark contrast to the other plotlines of Carol being more...

    Spoilers Pluribus

He's such a great character, he could very easily come across as a sleazy creep. But between the writing and the actor he has a real warmth and kindness to him.

My apologies. I'll change it in my post. And yes, I really like how global the globe feels.

Spoilers Stranger Things Season 5 - SPOILERS

I must admit, I'm still a sucker for the way the show does 80's nostalgia.

Spoilers Stranger Things Season 5 - SPOILERS

I didn't do a catch up re-watch or anything, so the first episode didn't completely hook me back in. Felt like a lot of moving pieces around the board, setting up, although it was still well made. But, the second episode won me over, maybe it was more that it took me an episode to get back into...

    Spoilers Pluribus

Another fantastic episode. Probably the funniest so far, and also possibly the most disturbing. I made the mistake of being on social media yesterday afternoon and had an element spoiled for me, so I'm holding off talking too much about the episode in case anybody doesn't realize this week's ep...

    Spoilers Pluribus

I think there is something there. But also, I watched a video (OK, a bunch of videos) on Pluribus, and it was mentioned that Carol is an anagram for Coral... which is a clever/ironic play on the fact that coral is a colony of identical organisms.

What Are Your Favourite Movie Quotes?

A bit of a long one, but I knew someone that had this whole quote memorized when we were in high school... I did have a test today. That wasn't bull****. It's on European socialism. I mean, really, what's the point? I'm not European. I don't plan on being European, so who gives a crap if...

    Spoilers Pluribus

Another Easter egg: The person who started giving Zosia CPR at the end of episode 4 is Rosa Estrada, who saved Bob Odenkirk life and gave him CPR in front of Rhea Seehorn when he had a heart attack while film Better Call Saul.

    Spoilers Pluribus

The 3rd and 4th episodes gave a better idea of where we're going. (Although who knows for sure, could be a misdirect) Carol having feelings for Zosia definitely has me completely hooked now

What Are Your Favourite Movie Quotes?

You could easily do a Princess Bride specific sub-thread on this one, my personal fave... "Life is Pain, highness. Anyone who says different is selling something."
