There's not really a way to spam it at level 1 unless your whole party has it or something. But yea, by CR 13 you should have enough slots to spam it.

That's not how we read 2014 dominate. Though the examples it gives leads one to believe that it must be an explicit action the creature has. Kill Target X would seem to be a valid dominate command just by the rules text.

I couldn’t find an emanation rule that said that. I think it’s just the normal stacking spell effects from the same spell rule. Though it’s not clear that should apply to separate instances of spirit guardians doing damage at separate times.

Rangers don’t get Entangle in 2024. Otherwise I would have said yes! Sleep is extremely small aoe and does nothing on a successful save. Entangle creates difficult terrain in a decent aoe which can serve many purposes. Sleep also has repeated saves, entangle requires an action to break free...
