In a couple weeks I am running a "Learn to play Daggerheart" session at a regional con. What do you think are the right classes to use for the pre-gens for ostensibly first time Daggerhearters? Daggerheartians?

Me too! I ran a first test session last week and the second is this week. Despite some Roll20 related hiccups, it went well so far.

I recently purchased Marvel Multiverse RPG and I like it. I am going to run it at an upcoming con.

What games do you consider narratively complex?

Yeah I just want a short, linear, easy (or easy mode) action game sometimes. Like just the first tier of Diablo 4 on infinite loop would be perfect.

I do not have a Switch. From what I hear about those games,though, is that they aren't especially short or simple. Is that correct?

If the majority of fans have discovered the hobby in the last 5 years, then the majority of GMs also discovered the hobby in the last 5 years.

I would love to see them do it like this. Paizo has kind of gone that way with their low and high level APs that one could conceivably mix and match now that there is a library. In reality, WotC has enough starter sets at this point they could probably just start making 6-13th level campaign...

To be clear, I don't have an issue with campaign length adventures NOT being meant to pull apart, nor do I care if they are. What I find frustrating is the people that constantly defend the long adventures by claiming their are built for and intended to be used as toolkits. yes, experienced GM's...

I am of the opinion that if the product doesn't say or include something, it doesn't exist. Buyers cannot be expected to hunt down interviews and blog posts
