Looks like it was a problem caused during the revision process (on me, not Rory, just to be clear; I deleted more than I should have), not layout, but it's now fixed.

That looks like something that may have gotten screwed up in layout. I'll take a look this evening when I'm home with my files. I know Rory and I went back and forth on that feature a bunch.

The place I actually expect to see the biggest impact from BG3 is the video game industry. I think in the same ways that Slay the Spire and Disco Elysium were innovative and we're now seeing lots of games with their DNA, we'll start to see a bunch of heavy BG3 influences in upcoming CRPGs...

I think ToV has a chance to carve out a community roughly the size of A5E's or slightly larger (that is to say, large enough to be self-sustaining, but not a serious threat to the big dog). Daggerheart and the MCDM RPG have the potential to be bigger. I seriously doubt they'll dethrone D&D, but...
