This seems to be an entirely new spell. 8th level enchantment: Target makes an INT save, taking 10d12 psychic damage, and it can't cast spells or use the Magic action. It can repeat the saving throw at the END OF EVERY 30 DAYS. It can be ended by Greater Restoration, Heal, or Wish. Half damage...

Bloodied is also added! It's not exactly a condition, but rather a description for when something has less than half of hp remaining. It interacts with some subclass features, and will probably be important in the MM
