    Good RPGs for killing Nazis

I prefer the SW version but it all depends on what you want out of it. The CoC and SW versions are in the same dual stat’ed book so it a two-for.

[Kickstarter] Broken Empires RPG by Trevor Devall of Me, Myself and Die!

I backed at the digital level. I’m interested. I’m looking for something other than GURPS, PF1, or Savage Worlds to run fantasy games with.

GMs - Do you get bored when you're a player?

100% this. It can be especially hard for me because the guy runs short term stuff when I need a break likes to run stuff like Shadowdark or Deathbringer. I tend to run heavier, the spectrum from Savage Worlds to GURPS. I go from having all the characters and mechanical elements engagement to...

    D&D 5E (2024) Best AP for 2024 Game? Can Include Paizo/Older Editions.

Kingmaker has a 5e version. There’s a level 1 adventure than can dovetail into 7 Dooms called Rusthenge that is set near Sandpoint/Magnimar.

RPG Print News – Cubicle 7, Goodman Games, and More

I’ll probably grab Broken Weave. I also do not play 5e but I run a ton of Savage Worlds and I’m always looking for source material and inspiration.

How Dragonbane Pointed out the Clashing Desires of My Gaming Group

Absolutely. Showing up is a habit. Its harder to do the longer you go without doing it.

How Dragonbane Pointed out the Clashing Desires of My Gaming Group

Savage Worlds won’t require you to run an NPC character. In PF2 just I’d just spec out a heal bot cleric whose function is healing and as a plot delivery system. Minimal mental overhead. If your running an AP in either game most of the prep is done for you, especially if your just following...

    Pathfinder 1E AP Advice

I've always thought the broach link to the Queen at the end of chapter 1 is a weak tie. When I dig in maybe there's a way to tie Gaedren to the events in Book 2, and then more tightly against the Queen.

How Dragonbane Pointed out the Clashing Desires of My Gaming Group

There’s nothing wrong with scripted adventures. I know the internet hates them but apparently they are popular enough that the industry continues to produce them. See Paizos adventure paths for the first example. You can have a scripted adventure and still have agency. The agency comes...

How Dragonbane Pointed out the Clashing Desires of My Gaming Group

I was thinking the same thing when I read the final list of group wants.

    Pathfinder 1E AP Advice

They are still pretty tightly focused on the Gaedren but I think I can massage them some by including some cruelty from Gaedeen son who shows up later. I may be able to cobble together some new traits from information in the Korvosa book as well. I’m looking forward to the Harrow Deck.

    Pathfinder 1E AP Advice

I appreciate the commentary. I gave the players 6 AP options with descriptions and had them rank the ones they were interested in. So it looks like I’ll start reading and preparing for Curse of the Crimson Throne. I’ll run the Anniversary Edition. I’d like more Kazavon action so there may be...

    Pathfinder 1E AP Advice

When current campaign wraps up (three weeks to three months they way I go) I want to revisit Paizo's APs and cross something off my GM Bucket List. I'd like to run a AP from start to finish. Probably in PF1, I've tried PF2 repeatedly and keep bouncing off how tight the system is, though I have...

What is/are your most recent TTRPG purchase(s)?

Backed a few kickstarters earlier this month and then bought some mapping assets from Tom Cartos this weekend. I needed some stuff I could use for 17th century Paris.
