If it makes a difference, I prefer #5. That way at least we can simplify things and say "they're natural weapons, but they function exactly as if they're manufactured ones, except they can't be dropped or sundered". Still clumsy, but it's better than half a page of exceptions on how they differ...

Made a few minor corrections to the Awakened Wolf (Darkvision 60' and an extra skill point). Didn't bother even *trying* to make sure the Black Brambles (Paragon Advanced Blightspawned Awakened Assassin Vine) is correct - just way too much of a mess.
