Thanks! When I get home from vacation I have to finish proofreading the DMG and then correct any errors I find. Reading through the DMG allowed me to find a few errors in the PHB as well.

Hi bishop618. HERE is a link to the map of Caerleon's duchies. The map of Caerleon's major cities is HERE. By comparing the two, you should be able to link each city to it's duchy. Sorry that I don't have a list handy... but it shouldn't take long.

Based on my quick glance, it looks like the SRD is the basic rules. If so, that's a bit of a let-down.

Nostalgia is powerful and can be VERY expensive! ;) Many of those who played in the 70s and 80s (myself included) now have enough disposable income to purchase things like campaign settings for use in their games. If WotC were worried about getting enough people to purchase a Greyhawk or...

I don't mean to threadcrap but the adventure paths don't thrill me in the slightest. As such, as much as I love Ravenloft, I don't have much interest when it'll probably follow the same format as the adventure paths we've seen to date (including its getting shoehorned into The Forgotten Realms)...

That's exactly part of what makes Greyhawk so great. It gives you a skeleton and just enough details to build your own world and stories off of!

I agree that WotC is trying to make Forgotten Realms the de facto setting for the game. Sadly, I don't care for The Realms and can't see how Greyhawk isn't the default setting. It was the world that served as the crucible for the game, its spells are named after characters from that world...

Or, if WotC (and Hasbro) find that D&D isn't profitable enough, they could license it out to another company. At this point, as a D&D player who doesn't care for the support that the game is getting, I'd rather see a company like Cubicle 7 produce the game. My gut tells me that WotC no longer...
