No, no, of course the corporation is always right in everything they do.

    Daggerheart Discussion

I like this a lot as a GM, because it gives me a strong sense that I, too, am playing the game and have to think about this important resource. It makes "vs players" more fun because it is more fair.

    D&D 5E (2014) Let's Talk About Guns in 5E

So, autofire... One thought I had is to tie the benefit of autofire to Extra Attack (and thereby locking it in to martial characters and fighters especially). Something like "when you use Autofire, you only make one attack roll against a AC of 15. Roll damage dice for each attack roll you would...

    Daggerheart Discussion

I know I can be a little evangelical about DH, and I am sure others find THAT exhausting. I just wish folks who are turned off by the idea that it is a "narrative game" would give it a shot because the extent to which it is narrative is entirely up to the group playing it.

It may, but you are going to have to invent the rules or crib them from something else and revise them to meet Shadowdark's math. In the vast sea of TTRPGs, big and small, you should be able to find one that meets your needs. But if you like tinkering, by all means create a "heroes in battle"...

Wizards of the Coast hiring TRPG Publishing Lead to coordinate third-party publishing

You know, I was not even thinking about all those "other" books because I do not generally buy them (except the big fat coffee table art books). That's a good call.
