Your right.......its a trend.......amongst computer using players. A lot of old school gamers who play Pathfinder or 5E or 4E or even 3E refuse to use computers when tabletop gaming. So where do they fit into the Roll20 metric? So what if more players play 5E or Pathfinder or older editions...

The Roll20 metric is not a good measuring tool because it only measures virtual tabletop users of Roll20. There might be a swing in the other direction favoring another game system with old school players who don't use computers.

I worked in plastics for 20 years. It wouldn't cost that much more fine tuning the processes and scrapping defective pieces instead of pushing them to be sold. i.e. when the eyes are not lined up. That was a production error and should have been ground up to be re-used instead they pushed it...

I was in on the first set too but that doesn't mean their quality shouldn't improve over 15 years. Most companies have that in their mission statement. To continually improve quality. But yet they have stayed the same.

You can't compare 5th to other editions because of several reasons. 1. There are way more people on the planet so the chances of a person becoming interested in D&D is higher. A way higher base group metric than back in the 70's and 80's. Its like comparing Ghostbusters from the 80's to Lord...

Thats why you hire writers who have worked with the system before. I'm saying that with the connections Wizkids has in the industry and the size of their company that they could financially back the project and get the right people to do it.
