Does the Reflex save to 'disrupt the spell' replace the old Reflex save to 'avoid getting trapped'? For instance: if I try to trap someone in a hemisphere, do they get both the 'disruption' save and the 'escape' save?

Am I the only one who wonders why this is Saving Throw: None ? It resembles the 3.0 Flame Arrow, but is one level lower and, unlike flame arrow, does not allow for a Saving Throw.

The wording doesn't rule out that you activate it cost-free after you become shaken, IMO thats to great a benefit. Is it once per encounter, once per day or no restriction? thank you in advance
