We had this come up. A pit is 10 squares deep. An Eladrin jumps in, falling 5 squares, then uses fey step racial power to teleport the remaining 5 squares, teleporting the exact remaining distance to reach the bottom of the pit. Does this negate the falling damage altogether, or just negate 5...

Can you use the power attack feat with a basic attack (or opportunity attack)? Can you use power attack with reaping strike, such that on a miss, you get the extra power attack feat damage added to the normal "half strength modifier damage" of that power's miss? Thanks ahead of time!
