I'm trying to make my first-ish homebrew game. I'm looking for a way to have it where people only know one kind of magic, such as the power to freeze things, the power to manifest weapons, increase ones physical strength, etc. (or in easy terms anime super powers and magic).

I'm trying to figure out how to make a homebrew campaign to fit an anime setting like Fairy Tail, My hero academia and other animes but having trouble figuring out how to make things that would work.

For my campaign, I'm thinking about having something of a melee class like monk but more of a brawler. Aka I guess basically a monk without ki. Is there something out there already or is there a way to make it work? Opinion/help please :)

Looking for opinions, when it comes to multiclassing how overpower would the player be if they were allowed to, for story purposes, multiclass two classes for each level?

I was wondering if this would work. For except the player uses Shocking Grasp for an action and they are able to do melee attack as a bonus action. Could they use the spell again on the bonus action melee attack or would that not work?
